i haven recently come to the conclusion that i have a huge crush on this guy that is most likely in his 40s-50s

ive always liked considerably older men, but came to the conclusion that anyone that is old and willing to date me is most likely a creep. so instead i date the worst people my age ever.

I'm in the same situation, OP, cept she's 50 and I'm 18. I say, to hell with dating crappy people your age, and go for the silver fox .Because usually theyre more experienced and settled than their younger counterparts.

the thing is that im totally okay with my half of the situation, i accepted that i liked older guys when i was like, 14. its just that i have no idea how to go about this.
also we work together, so im in no hurry to make sh*t awkward because he is my sole source of entertainment there.
Find rich old guys? Or you could find guys closer to your age who just act in an older fashion, unless it's all about the physical attraction, in which case I'd go back to part one

thats quite amusing, that our situations are that similar. I too had fears that making a move would make our professional relationship awkward, however, I befriended her first, then simply started dropping subtle hints until I had made sure that there was reciprocation and appreciation of these hints. Then I waited for an intimate moment when we were both alone and moved in to bag the cougar, so to speak.

harold and maude has been my favorite movie since i was a kid. it may or may not have had some effect on me when i got older.
all i know is that in high school, when all the girls in my classes liked chad michael murray or some sh*t, i had pictures of jon stewart and anderson cooper on my binders.
i guess ill just wait this out and see how it goes. ill probably jump his bones in the walk in freezer eventually or some sh*t.
