You can't. There is no law barring consensual sex between two adults. If the person is underaged while claiming to be over age, if you don't f**k the person and just get out, there is no law that will persecute you.
If the person is a cop or someone they're not but claiming to be, there is nothing they can do. The cop can at MOST give you a pat down for weapons but he can't do ANYTHING else.
Unless of course you discussed illegal activity, statutory rape, or whatever.
