Why do women have to look good?

Who is really to blame for this?
It is no secret that our society puts a high priority on beauty and aesthetic especially towards women. It is because of this that many women feel overwhelmed by the constant pressure to achieve a certain look.
My question is, who's fault is it? Is it the television ads, the fashion magazines, Hollywood, or the Barbie Doll who is to blame for the unrealistic expectations or is it the consumers who perpetuate it?
Some of the biggest fashion designers are women themselves, y'know.

Everyone man, and greed.

It girls' own fault for being brainwashed.

I think high heels are ugly anyway.

It's the women's fault. A woman devised high heels as a means to look more attractive, more women followed her to level the playing field, women design most clothing now, women market the products.
A man can be attracted to a woman in day-old underwear with no make-up and tussled hair.

the patriarchy has done this for centuries

The true horror of society is that no one's at the wheel.

Economically, I guess that that look only exists because women buy into it. So it is the fault of the consumer.

high heels are gaudy and i can't help but lose respect for anyone wearing them that isn't at some regal event or something.

It's the women's fault. A woman devised high heels as a means to look more attractive, more women followed her to level the playing field, women design most clothing now, women market the products.
A man can be attracted to a woman in day-old underwear with no make-up and tussled hair.

Stop right there criminal scum.
Men design most of the womens clothes.
People who want money sell it and makes it seem like you need to get it to fit in, since humans will naturaly try to fit in at nearly any cost the rich get richer.
So it's because of greed, greed corrupting people, those people brainwashing women

This is funny. I was discussing this earlier today...
Women don't dress up every day for men. Men hardly notice what women wear or if they change their lipstick. Whatever a woman looks like, there will be a group of men who find it attractive. There is a group of men right here willing to take anything they can get.
They don't dress up every day for society. What does society give back to a woman who dresses up? A smile and a wave are all well and good but is that really enough of a reason to go the extra mile in the morning? Most of the time, it really isn't. What does society really give back to a woman who always looks nice?
They don't do it for themselves. Everyone knows that confidence is a state of mind; it comes from within. You don't need make-up or high heels or expensive clothing to be confident. You don't need to look a certain way to love yourself. Women are self-centered, they know this. THey love themselves above all, no matter what.
No, women try to achieve a "certain look" for only one reason: to impress and gain the envy of other women.

I wear high heels because people teased me about my height in high school. Bet short guys wish they could get away with that.

Children are raised with these ideas. That's how cultures are. If you're told what's good throughout your entire life by your society, you believe it's good. Unless you find your own definition for good, which doesn't happen to most people in any culture.

I wear high heels because people teased me about my height in high school. Bet short guys wish they could get away with that.

short guys wear "spanish heels' or 'litigator heels' whatever part of the country you are in...

Nope, if a man has nothing is standing beside the man who has everything, wich one will be more confident of himself??
Possessions build character and confidence.

I never said it didn't. But do you claim that a person without possessions cannot build up his own confidence?

Inb4 grammar natzis.

women wear whatever they want. i don't think every woman is so stupid that they can't distinguish between what makes them feel comfortable and what makes them look/feel sexy. social custom and dress codes play a huge part in how people dress in general.

yeah, if you're a fa**ot

>Possessions build character and confidence.

They can, but possessions play a big role in your confidence, since you know people are judgmental, because you are too, you will try to look normal or above everyone else.
Best way to be 'above' random people that you will never see again is to look better than them, true?

It's not really a big deal.
Heels kinda hurt to wear but can actually look nice if you have any idea how to put an outfit together.
Why do people wear any kind of extravagant clothing? Granted heels are sortof an exception because they can cause you physical pain if you wear them too long/wear sh*tty ones but that can be avoided.

Is makeup, keen sense of fashion, and the latest Elle/Glamour magazine needed for self-confidence? It cannot all be misguided attempts to thwart other females off their A-game.

This, men don't give a sh*t about a girl's dozens and dozens of heels.
Also, all shoes are unnatural and almost all of them f**k with your body. I wear vivo barefoot shoes in the hope that they will do less.

I have 0.5 inch, 1.5 inch, 2 inch, and 4 inch heels that I enjoy wearing because they make me taller and I've always been the shortest in my family (5'5", all my brothers are 6'0"+). They also help work out my thighs. So I don't wear them to impress anybody, I just personally like to because it amuses me.

I thought Catherine de Medici invented them to be taller and people copied her because she was the royalty and they felt fancy. Or maybe it was Catherine II of Russia, I don't remember. One of the Catherines of one of the countries.

It's not really a big deal.

Ohh, look a womans insight.
Why do women make sure they look extra nice all the time, not just normal?
Some men go out of their way to look overly nice for the ocasion but not many people care, while all women are now way above the standards of looking nice and they're just trying to look better and better every day.
We must stop this cycle, and go back to dressing up nice in a normal way.

My god, how stupid are you, you dumb f**king c**t? I mean, jesus, they might look good on you, so it s OK that it hurts and totally unhealthy? Not even talking about they cost sh*tloads of money.

I'm not terribly picky when it comes to women, but one of the qualifications is she has to wear comfortable shoes.
Heels are unattractive to me and make you look like you're trying way too hard. Same with mascara and lipstick, and short skirts/pants that aren't for biking.

Calm down dude, I know this board hates on women but no need for such insults out of nowhere, I'm sure the pain is worth it in the end, if there is any.

That's just what you think, cutie~
Anyway, the fashion arms race will never cease, it's pointless trying to eliminate it.

Looking hot = more sex, higher tier guys.
Guys will BAWW about how they have it soooo ahrd because they have to take the initative.
Well as a female you have to be approached, so first impression is everything.
-Hot shoes
-Hot clothes
-Nice hair
-Well groomed nails/hands/feet.
-Makeup (skin, eyes, lashes, etc.)
-Jewelry
-Hot figure.
ETC.
Thats why the certain look is always in.
When women stop giving a sh*t about having sex, they stop dressing up like that even when the TV ads and the barbie dolls stay the same. But when you give a sh*t about having sex and want to net the HIGHEST TIER guys possible, thats what you have to do to get the attention faster.
Guys will say "We dont care" but as any girl who has gone out in sweatpants and no makeup will tell you, that is a bunch of bullsh*t. The only guys who hit on you tend to be creepy/ugly/old, at least 2 levels lower or more than the sort of guys you get when dolled up. PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

PROTIP: high heels are the western version of foot binding. It's a way of subjugating and restricting the freedom of women. It's artful hobbling basically. Hence the big fetish for them.

They hurt in the same way that wearing a backpack hurts. If it's your first time with a weight on your back, it's going to be uncomfortable but you get used to it because the muscles you need to carry it get stronger. In that way, it's healthy for you. If you carry a heavy backpack every day, you'll probably to start having health problems. If you wear huge heels every day, you'll probably start having problems.
Everything in moderation.

It's because he's a footf**. He finds nice feet sexually attractive, and women who wear painful high heels do not usually have nice feet as they have been strained and have blisters.

What a load of bullsh*t. Men don't give a sh*t about it, it s women pressuring each other into it.

Thank you for teaching us the wh**re way, insult not intended since I do not care for women since I'm a f**, it just seems like the right expresion.

I dont know why it is the wh**re way when in fact almost every female tries to look her best when it comes to netting higher tier guys.
I am basically just showing a little COMMON SENSE way. People were born to f**k.

I, for one, get way more attention from guys when I wear heels. And I know my boyfriend likes them because they're pretty much the only thing he enjoys shopping with me for.

I like feeling pretty.

Sorry if you're insulted, the term is not only for women, obviously everyone wants to f**k the best looking thing, I say wh**re since people go around looking nice just for a f**k. Men obviously included.
Human nature at its best.

What a load of bullsh*t. Men don't give a sh*t about it, it s women pressuring each other into it.

No its not. Look at lesbians....dolled up lesbians are a MINORITY. Women don't give a sh*t, and actually tend to be nicer when you aren't dolled up because they are less likely to see you as competition for hot guys.
Men DO give a sh*t, I can guarantee it. You notice the girl who looks hot over the scruffy no fashion girl with no makeup and sh*tty looking hair. You don't realize it, but ask any female if she gets hit on as much by as high quality of guys when she is wearing no makeup/sneakers/t shirt/sweatpants/etc.
The answer will be NO. Even if she is 100% natural beauty (rare), the guys who hit on her will be of noticeably lower quality.
Being a female means attracting guys PASSIVELY.

If all women had pot bellys and a beard we wod still f**k them

Not once did you include anything that wasn't a physical attribute. Good to know you work on your personality when it comes to first impressions.

This thread IS about physical attributes, don't be butthurt for no reason.
We're questioning why everyone is upsest with this one type of physical 'beauty'.

So wearing skimpy outfits and slathering on makeup is the best way to get a good looking guy to have sex with you?
Well tell me something I don't know. Ever consider the reason those guys say they like the no makeup/sweatpants look? Maybe because they're not in it for the sex appeal, and wearing those tell them you aren't either?

Like most decoration it has more to do with the fact you can go through the effort to wear high heels, undergo foot binding or withstand tight corsets, rather than the appearance itself. It basically says you're a tool who can be manipulated into sex, which men find attractive.

That's a load of bullsh*t and you know it. You can say whatever you want on here, but you know that in real life you never take a second look at a girl wearing pyjamas and slippers with her hair half-brushed and no makeup on.

Obviously a man will go for the better looking woman, but the question is why are women dressing up soo much when they can lower the bar a little, it will be easier and better for everyone.

What a load of bullsh*t. Men don't give a sh*t about it, it s women pressuring each other into it.

Ah, so it's all about estrogen-enriched oneupmanship.
How is it men do not suffer from these same societal pressures. Not every male looks like Brad Pitt or like they stepped off the pages of GQ. By contrast, men don't seem to have these issues. For example, men can be seen as chubby, short, a slob, or just generally unattractive but their wives thin, beautiful, and fashionable.

Obviously a man will go for the better looking woman, but the question is why are women dressing up soo much when they can lower the bar a little, it will be easier and better for everyone.

Most women don't wear heels. You only notice the ones who do.

Not once did you include anything that wasn't a physical attribute. Good to know you work on your personality when it comes to first impressions.

Guys are sh*t when it comes to judging personality. Sad but true. Even the fakest girls can net pretty hot guys in the end. Guys tend to be attracted to really bland/cute personality the most. Dont even ask me why but its true.

F**k you, I'll wear heels whenever I want.

thats all I heard

Most women don't wear heels. You only notice the ones who do.

I do notice the women who do and don't, but that doesn't change OPs question or toughts.

Fake/bland girls net fake/bland guys.

Because lowering the bar and dressing down means sacrificing your own sexual dating pool. No female wants to do that, besides for females who dont give a sh*t to begin with.
If women were collectively to say "ah f**k it lets just go out au naturale and let guys get the f**k over it", that would be fine. But women aren't a collective. If I were to grow out my armpit hair, no makeup, cut my hair short, etc. then all the hot guys would go to the hotter girl. Thats just how dating works when you take the passive role.
In my opinion, the passive role is much harder than the male's aggressive role.

Men don't care if you are 2 inches taller or you have a nice high heel or anything. They simply look for a clue about your wh**redom. A woman wearing some fancy high heel means she s looking for attention and wants being hit on. Not the case every time but thats what guys think.
Women on the other hand behave more judgemental, calling each other wh**res, sluts, losers because of the way they dress. If a woman is dressing up nicely for an occasion, it s mostly to show off to other women and avoid their bashing.( considering she s with a bf).

I do notice the women who do and don't, but that doesn't change OPs question or toughts.

Well, the specific post was "why do women dress up so much?" The answer is that most women don't.

F**k you, I'll wear heels whenever I want.

Can I be the first to say: HNNNNNNNG?

I disagree. Women can take a more aggressive stance and have much more success with men. Men taking a passive stance will get no women.

I was tossing this idea around with a friend just a few hours ago: There's no point in putting your body through stressful things (high heels that can damage your feet) etc. just to look good. But there's no point in passing up fashion just because designers care all about form and not function. I'm a woman, and I have a few pairs of heels for example that are very supportive and comfortable, but most just aren't even close to practical. I want to start a shoe company that actually only makes shoes that are safe for the foot (the heel is far enough forward to support the ankle, the arch isn't distorted, and so on) while still maintaining the aesthetic quality that makes high heels appealing.
I don't really care if women dress the way they do for men or for themselves, but if you want to look good, don't break your f**king feet to do it.

>A woman wearing some fancy high heel means she s looking for attention and wants being hit on. Not the case every time but thats what guys think.
Speak for yourself, retard.

Fake/bland girls net fake/bland guys.

In that case 99% of guys are fake/bland. Sad but true.

No amount of dolling yourself up will change the bone structure of your face.

lol yeah but you can fool men into thinking otherwise you dumbass, aka conturing makeup. not like your comment has a thing to do with what I said.

One of the best answers I've heard tonight.

female here, my feet are too big to fit into heels.
f**k year

Funny how men will insult women for trying to look nice for them but then they'll cry and bitch later about how their girlfriend/wife has let herself go.
It's cute when you try to sound like the non-shallow victims. Go drool over porn stars some more.

short guys wear "spanish heels' or 'litigator heels' whatever part of the country you are in...

I've never heard of Spanish heels or litigator heels, but Cuban heels are great.

I understand that and was expecting a well-put answer like that.
A man can dream though, a man can dream.

It's nice to feel pretty.
That said, I rarely wear heels out. They're hell to walk in.

No you are full of sh*t and makes me think you aren't even female. Look at how females look when they are just hanging out at home watching movies and shooting the sh*t. Then look at females out to the club. HINT: the heels come out when theres guys around because guys do pay attention to it, even if it isn't conscious on their part. Ask any woman whose been out in sneakers vs. sexy pumps.

I hate high heels on girls

Who the f**k actually stands like this in heels??

No one is insulting anyone here for looking nice, we're questioning one of the simplest human traits.
Take your arrogance elsewhere.

lol yeah but you can fool men into thinking otherwise you dumbass, aka conturing makeup. not like your comment has a thing to do with what I said.

Thus 99% of women are also fake. Logic is fun isn't it?
I can see how you can't make the connection, I don't blame you. Putting make-up on to "change" the bone structure of your face will only bring evidence that you are wearing make-up, meaning you are hiding said bone structure.

It's nice to feel pretty.
That said, I rarely wear heels out. They're hell to walk in.

That's why I love boots. All winter I've been wearing 3" heel boots - sexy and easy to walk in. Thinking of getting some espadrilles for the summer, since being short is getting me down.

I disagree. Women can take a more aggressive stance and have much more success with men. Men taking a passive stance will get no women.

That's why I said passive is harder than aggressive and not that being a woman is harder than being a man per se.
Yeah, if a woman is willing to take the aggressive role then she has it just as easy as guys do basically. Women are pressured into taking the passive role though.

That's why I love boots. All winter I've been wearing 3" heel boots - sexy and easy to walk in. Thinking of getting some espadrilles for the summer, since being short is getting me down.

Damn boots are sexy, brings back some lovely memories.

I only ever wear flats, I just don't give a f**k. Feels good man.

Thus 99% of women are also fake. Logic is fun isn't it?

Guys are stupid when it comes to noticing makeup though.
And no 99% of women aren't fake. (Neither are 99% of men). But women sometimes (often) put on a fake/cute personality when it comes to meeting guys, because thats the personality guys are attracted to. Some people will call it "playing dumb/cutesie" but I don't think its dumb per se, just really unoffensive and fake in general.

I like feeling pretty.

F**k you, I'll wear heels whenever I want.

It's nice to feel pretty.
That said, I rarely wear heels out. They're hell to walk in.

Sexy shoes are sexy. Is one of you appleshoes? I have to go run. I hope to see more when I'm back.

My question is WHY do you feel the need to look good by society's standards.
It may seem like a DUH question, but considering the number of women who feel pressured to look a certain way, there must be a reason or something to blame this behavior on: Other women. The fashion and makeup industries. Ability to attract a mate. Or self confidence.
It may actually be different for different women. That is fine, but then, why do many women suffer from depression and disorders when there are many reasons for them to pick from. (And just as simple: choose not to participate!)

I only ever wear flats, I just don't give a f**k. Feels good man.

Good for you, enjoy what you like, but don't hate on the shalowness of men when they go for the women waring heels because they think it's sexier, women are the same, we call them wh**res and being hypocrites we have no bad insults for male wh**res.
But that's a whole other thread about who should f**k more and care about looks less.

That's why I said passive is harder than aggressive and not that being a woman is harder than being a man per se.
Yeah, if a woman is willing to take the aggressive role then she has it just as easy as guys do basically. Women are pressured into taking the passive role though.

Where is this "pressure" coming from, other women most likely. I don't know of any man that has ever complained about a girl being aggressive in the act of courtship. "OMG SHE WOULDN'T LET ME HUNT HER I HAD TO BE HUNTED BAWWWW"
Have you ever tried dressing down and taking a more aggressive stance?

Funny how men will insult women for trying to look nice for them but then they'll cry and bitch later about how their girlfriend/wife has let herself go.
It's cute when you try to sound like the non-shallow victims. Go drool over porn stars some more.

My girlfriend of 3 years is 6'1'' and looks around 250-280lb shares almost all my interests and has a kickass taste in music. I haven't masturbated to a real person in over 10 years.
>Implying the men who dislike the makeup and heels are the same one coming the anonymous to baww later on.

That's why I said passive is harder than aggressive and not that being a woman is harder than being a man per se.
Yeah, if a woman is willing to take the aggressive role then she has it just as easy as guys do basically. Women are pressured into taking the passive role though.

How about just be yourself, act and dress how you like, and save the stress?

I never notice the shoes my GF is wearing or if she is/isn't wearing makeup. I suspect its more for other girls than men. Women are evil to each other.

That's why I love boots. All winter I've been wearing 3" heel boots - sexy and easy to walk in. Thinking of getting some espadrilles for the summer, since being short is getting me down.

I have some 2" boots. They are a lot easier to walk in.
I only wore these heels once. They killed me. >_<

Thankyou for telling me I'm right, it strokes my ego in all the right places.
Why do women put on this cutesy/dumb personality, are they afraid that if they show men their real personality they won't be wanted?

It's because the tought of looking nice in certian way has grown out of control for women, and they try more and more to out-do the other women, it's the basic 'trying to be the most attractive' at its best or highest.

Sexy shoes are sexy. Is one of you appleshoes? I have to go run. I hope to see more when I'm back.

I'm the other shoe-poster. Hell yeah, shoes!

I have some 2" boots. They are a lot easier to walk in.

Wow, I had either the exact same or a very similar pair... are those from H&M? Mine were cheap so the heel snapped off.

Ayup. Thats how I got my date to senior prom. Would you accept a girl asking you on a date? To be her boyfriend? Would you accept a girl's marriage proposal? Even if you would, some guys its emasculating, and to some girls its effeminating. (By effeminating I mean the opposite of emasculating, even though effeminate means feminine. Normally women don't bitch about being effeminated which is why there is no proper term for it)

Wtf is all of these ugly low heels? Tall girls shouldn't feel self conscious about wearing heels higher than 3. I wear 4 inches or higher, despite the fact that i'm already quite average in high. The girl in this thread that is posting her ugly shoes is probably really tall and insecure of her height, or never learned to walk in big girl heels. I don't get why wearing high heels would be "An unrealistic expectation". They're just shoes for f**ks sake. Not a corset.
You either wear them OP, or you shut the f**k up.

Thankyou for telling me I'm right, it strokes my ego in all the right places.

Because it's better to act in a way where you will have a bigger chance of pulling a guy/girl than being your self where the rejection chance might be higher, also people don't like to be vounrable, this thread is asking some simple questions about the most basic human behavious.

They aren't "afraid" but most women know what guys like when it comes to personality. So they put on a fake act. Guys do the same thing I think when picking up women.

Yes I'd feel flattered. I know what you're saying, men would feel like a f**king vagina if they weren't the one to take the lead. But really it shows that she has a hair of ovaries and can take risks and make decisions herself.

This thread, or at least the female's pictures in it, remind me exactly why I wish I was a girl. Feels bad, man. ;_;

I'm the other shoe-poster. Hell yeah, shoes!

Mine are Anne Taylor. I got them at a flea market. Those are some intense lace-ups.
These are my boots. Super comfy.

I am male with no desire to wear high heels.
Shocking, I know. Thanks for playing along at home.

Calm down there, don't give women a bad name, we're all having a nice conversation and it's interesting to some people, even if it's a simple subject.
And also, remember everyone has an opinion and no onoe is saying that heels are definitely ugly, it's their opinion.

It may actually be different for different women. That is fine, but then, why do many women suffer from depression and disorders when there are many reasons for them to pick from. (And just as simple: choose not to participate!)

Because society's standards are not arbitrary. Society likes symmetrical faces because humans like symmetrical faces. Society likes fit women because humans know instinctively that fit women are more reproductively capable.
The point is, many standards of beauty are innate. Men aren't the only ones who think legs look good in high heels. Women like the way their butts are sculpted and their calves accentuated when they wear heels. My whole problem is when the desire to look beautiful conflicts with a woman's health and safety. Women used to wear powdered makeup made of lead to get a pretty, creamy skin tone. I don't think there's anything wrong with "dolling yourself up" to look one way because it is in style or because others think it is beautiful. But if we're going to do that, we need to make sure we're not creating beauty at the cost of our health. It is NOT worth that.
As for how much each woman feels pressured by society to look a certain way - that's something each woman needs to figure out. I personally don't feel the need to go all out in looking beautiful. I wear a little makeup, buy a few stylish things, but only what I think looks good. I'm not going to do something that other women do to look beautiful if it hurts me or if I think it's ugly. I have the luxury of already having a boyfriend who loves the way I look, even without all the clothes and makeup, so I'm not trying to impress men. But I also think women should think twice before going through some painful, impractical beauty ritual just to attract a man (you do have to follow societies standards though - bathe, don't be a hairy beast, etc. - or understandably, you will turn off even the nicest men). If the man requires that you do ridiculous things to stay "beautiful", he's not a good man, and he's not going to accept you for who you are.

I have some 2" boots. They are a lot easier to walk in.

F**k you, I'll wear heels whenever I want.

How could those kill your feet? Mine are so comfortable.

I'm not even a girl, kind of stunned, wondering is that an insult to me.

Shoes or not dressing conventionally "sexy" has never been a problem for me when it comes to getting guys. In fact, I've found that I can dress as nicely as I want, when I go out but I always end up getting the most attention from guys when I'm walking to and from classes while wearing a jeans and a TMNT shirt.

Man invented high heels so that women would be less apt to run when he wanted to force f**k her.

Its about the QUALITY of the guys though, guys who hit on you when you are wearing TMNT are going to be manchildren you know that right?

Man invented high heels so that women would be less apt to run when he wanted to force f**k her.

/thread. He's got it.

My last pair.

My last pair.

I'm sorry, don't mean to insult, but when did the thread become about you and your footware??
I know it's a thread about heels, but you're just using this thread for attention.

Its about the QUALITY of the guys though, guys who hit on you when you are wearing TMNT are going to be manchildren you know that right?

Not really. Everybody loves Ninja Turtles. Its a common childhood cartoon that everybody loved when they were growing up, and so I get comments from all sorts of people about the shirt. Some of them are nerds, sure, but its actually how I met my current BF of two years.
I think bonding over something common that you loved from your childhood is a way better way of meeting guys. The shallow guys go for the girls wearing short skirts and heels, but the guys who I might have something in common with seem to enjoy my own style of dress.

This thread, or at least the female's pictures in it, remind me exactly why I wish I was a girl. Feels bad, man. ;_;

Tell me about it. I' just wish I could know what it's like to feel 'pretty' just once in my life, then I could die a happy dude. Girls don't know just how good they've got it.

wagwan fa**ots info for yall
Why do women wear makeup and perfume?
Because they're ugly and they stink.

Yeah but who gives a sh*t about "beloved childhood cartoons" besides for manchildren stuck in the past? You don't "have something in common" you "HAD something in common".
Same thing with band shirts. Never try to meet anyone through a shirt. That's my motto.

I'm sorry, don't mean to insult, but when did the thread become about you and your footware??
I know it's a thread about heels, but you're just using this thread for attention.

Nah. If I were using it for attention the pictures would have been more provocative.
Threads don't really have enough pictures for an imageboard. And wearing heels makes me feel pretty. That said, I really am done for the thread. You can go back to arguing. <3

Do those really matter?
>Hot shoes
Hot, for guys that have feet fetishes I guess
>Hot clothes
Considering half of the female population feels that UGGS+Sweatpants+sweatshirt=Acceptable clothing to wear outside. T-shirt and jeans is an accomplishment
>Nice hair
I have long hair myself, shut up.
>Well groomed nails/hands/feet.
Last girl I was interested in bit her nails.
>Makeup (skin, eyes, lashes, etc.)
Is it really that hard to brush your face for that same amount of time I have a razor scraping against my face.
>Jewelry
Yes because nothing is more attractive as the clunks against a table as girl sits down and all of those big f**king bracelets hit the table. Earrings are usually hidden in hair. Guys wear necklaces too.
>Hot figure
Don't see many fat male models either.
If all it took for me to attract mates was wearing a dress shirt, slacks and be very well groomed, you think I wouldn't have already done it?

i never notice women in heels unless they are walking oddly or visibly uncomfortable

Its about the QUALITY of the guys though, guys who hit on you when you are wearing TMNT are going to be manchildren you know that right?

As opposed to the drunken alpha male you pick up at a club?
It's a fun cartoon from our childhood. How does it make you a manchild to nostalgia with someone who shares the same fond memories?

I wear T-shirts
She's cheer captain
And I'm in the bleachers
Dreaming about the day when you wake up
And find what you're looking for has been here the whole time

People who go all nostalgic about childhood television shows tend to be losers. They probably also like ninja vs. pirate sh*t. If you don't care about quality and just want to go for lowest common denominator sh*t then go ahead with that. More hot guys for the rest of everyone.

completely average girls can get guys way out of their league if they stop being pussies and take the initiative

Honey, if that's the way you think, you're welcome to all the "hot" guys who don't ever have nostalgiac thoughts of their childhood. I'll just be over here watching Speed Racer and getting laid.

Yeah but who gives a sh*t about "beloved childhood cartoons" besides for manchildren stuck in the past? You don't "have something in common" you "HAD something in common".

I'm not saying I think anyone goes around buying band shirts and thinks "YES this is totally how I'm gonna snag someone I'll love forever with something in common with". I'm saying I dress how I want and I happen to find people that like me TMNT shirts and all anyway, even through I'm not parading around in heals and a miniskirt like I'm auditioning for a runway show. F**k that sh*t.

I'll continue my 'arguing'.

LOL @ "acceptable". And yes, when a female isn't interested in pulling any dick she can dress down as much as she likes to. (Creepy dick will still hit on you no matter what you are wearing). What the hell are you even talking about?
>I have long hair myself, shut up.
Long =/= Nice. Trust me, if you are like most guys with long hair and you let it go limp/unstyled, it looks like sh*t.
>Is it really that hard to brush your face for that same amount of time I have a razor scraping against my face.
Uh yes, have you ever even put on make up before? Especially since hairy girls from areas like the Middle East, Greece, etc. have to wax their face AND put makeup on it. Retard.
>Yes because nothing is more attractive as the clunks against a table as girl sits down and all of those big f**king bracelets hit the table. Earrings are usually hidden in hair. Guys wear necklaces too.
I don't know what your point is. Sexy jewelry pulls more guys plain and simple.

Women are more prone to depression and mood disorders because of differences in brain physiology: http://www.doctorhugo.org/brain4.html
It has little to do with society.

Honey, if that's the way you think, you're welcome to all the "hot" guys who don't ever have nostalgiac thoughts of their childhood. I'll just be over here watching Speed Racer and getting laid.

Getting laid with losers who still watch Speed Racer. Easy picking.

Yeah and you are within your rights to do so, but it doesn't contradict anything that I said which is that hotter looks attract higher quality, hotter guys.

*heels

People who go all nostalgic about childhood television shows tend to be losers. They probably also like ninja vs. pirate sh*t. If you don't care about quality and just want to go for lowest common denominator sh*t then go ahead with that. More hot guys for the rest of everyone.

You ma'am are sadly misinformed and missing out. That's all I'll say

>implying hot = high quality when it comes to men

Oh, it's one of THESE threads is it?
Where footf**s prove themselves completely unable to distinguish their paraphilia from the desires of normal men.

>implying hot = high quality when it comes to men

>Greentext which makes no attempt at an actual argument. Also which starts off with the word "implying" making it lowest common denominator greentext.

>meta-arguing

Seems like we to ppoint the blame at others, but really we're all guilty as sin

Why did the fighting stop? This thread had the fem raging and the men raging and the footf**s raging and the non footf**s raging and we were all having a good ol time. Come on ladies, pretend I called you all bitches and wh**res.

I have some 2" boots. They are a lot easier to walk in.
I only wore these heels once. They killed me. >_<

I'm the other shoe-poster. Hell yeah, shoes!
Wow, I had either the exact same or a very similar pair... are those from H&M? Mine were cheap so the heel snapped off.

Mine are Anne Taylor. I got them at a flea market. Those are some intense lace-ups.
These are my boots. Super comfy.

My last pair.

You are both very attractive. There was some fighting going on in this thread but I'm unsure as to what it was about.
PROTIP: high heels are the western version of foot binding. It's a way of subjugating and restricting the freedom of women. It's artful hobbling basically. Hence the big fetish for them.

>It's a way of subjugating and restricting the freedom of women.
Eh, not really. I'm attracted to feet, so I like foot accessories. Painful shoes are bad, but non-painful shoes exist. Alternatively, they can be worn for short period of time. Alternatively, flats are hot too.
Carry on.
