Most Albanians I met are ugly. Definitely pursue a relationship if you find her ok looking. She's been here 4 years. she 's a foreigner and doesn't understand english too well. You can definitely educate her, but just a warning Albanians aren't too bright.

Serbia has close relations with Russia, so they had the Russian support which wasn't much then and still isn't now. When the US supports a Muslim country then they are good with the oil countries from the Middle East. It's all about money and power in the end.
