What did you eat today?

List what you've eaten so far today




Breakfast: Whole wheat bun + fried egg + tiny bit of cheese
Lunch: Boiled vegetables + Pan fried shrimp + a tablespoon of ranch dressing (All wrapped in lettuce)
Snacks: 4 chocolate covered cookies, 1 blue corn chip + texmex
Dinner: 2 mini tortillas. Filling: Boiled oriental veggies, 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing, pan fried french, tiny bit of cheese
I've been trying to eat healthier. :3

Poor man's crab salad, a small sammich and a burger.

Ham and swiss sandwich with chips
Rice and beef and bread also a lime (like I bit into it, not squeezing it)

breakfast: 3 eggs (2 yolks) with spinach fried in 1/3 tbsp butter. 1/4 cup steel-cut oats, 1 tsp brown sugar.
lunch: 2 scoop protein shake.
dinner: medium bowl of shrimp, rice, veggie soup.
snack (for later) orange and another protein shake.

Very weird, usually I have like a bowl of porridge and some chunks of cheese. I'm a weird eater, but I was you know. Out of the house today. Not around my usual oats and cheddar and ice.
Did I forget to mention I eat ice quite a lot.

Snack: passion fruit juice, croissant
Dinner: half of a frozen pizza, passion fruit juice

A third of a slice of leftover pizza (chicken, feta and tomatoes ftw), and two cups of coffee with chocolate milk powder. Not my healthiest day, so far.

-2 Fried Eggs
-Number 9 at Taco Bell
-Reese cup

Breakfast: Milk
Lunch: 2 pieces of pizza and 2 glasses of milk
Dinner: Cereal

Breakfast: cereal with a banana and OJ
Lunch: Turkey sandwich and a carrot
Dinner: Hamburger patty with onion, rice, and broccoli. Homemade chocolate cake with white icing for dessert.

Fatf** here, doing the healthy.
Breakfast - Quaker Instant Oats with a banana
Lunch - health plate. Consists of carrots, cucumber, celery, 2 halves of a deviled egg, crackers and cheese, an orange and other assorted veggies/fruits.
dinner - subway (footlong 9grain turkey breast with cucumbers, lettuce, and a small bit of mayo / honey mustard)
Usually for dinner though, it's fish, rice, and cucumber.

breakfast - 2 eggs and 4 slices of bacon on an english muffin
lunch - chicken fingers, fries
dinner- a slice of pizza and some mozzerella sticks
'MURKA!

Sugar-free fruit cup.
Swiss and turkey sammich.
Handful of Sun Chips.
Bowl of three-day-old white rice.
I'm in such an awful mood right now.
